The International Journal of Engineering Concepts and Management is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic quality, research integrity, and ethical publishing. Reviewer Responsibilities

Conflict of Interest

Editors and reviewers who have any financial, professional, institutional, or personal conflict of interest with a submitted manuscript must disclose the conflict and recuse themselves from the review process where appropriate.

Ethical Considerations

The journal follows internationally recognized principles of publication ethics. Manuscripts involving plagiarism, fabricated or falsified data, unethical research practices, duplicate publication, or other forms of academic misconduct may be rejected or withdrawn at any stage of the publication process.

Review Timeline

The journal strives to provide an efficient and timely review process. While review times may vary depending on the subject area and reviewer availability, authors are regularly informed about the status of their submissions through the journal's editorial system.

Appeals

Authors who believe that a decision has been made in error may submit a written appeal to the Editor-in-Chief. Appeals should clearly explain the grounds for reconsideration and provide supporting evidence where applicable. The Editor's decision following the appeal review shall be considered final.

Policy Updates

The journal reserves the right to revise or update this Peer Review Policy to reflect developments in scholarly publishing, publication ethics, or editorial best practices. The most recent version published on the journal's website shall supersede previous versions.
